Questions about booking a departure. Tour-specific questions are answered on each tour page.
What is included in the tour price?
- Every tour page lists inclusions and exclusions in full, side by side. International flights are excluded unless the page says otherwise. If something is not on the inclusions list, assume it is not included.
How many people will be on my departure?
- Between 12 and 20 travellers depending on the tour. Each tour page states its cap. We do not exceed it.
Can I book as a solo traveller?
- Yes. You can either share a twin room with another solo traveller of the same gender at no extra cost, or pay a single-room supplement for a room to yourself.
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
- No. Every departure has a published instalment plan — a booking deposit followed by two instalments with fixed due dates. The plan appears on the tour page before you book.
What happens if my visa is refused?
- All payments except the non-refundable booking deposit are refunded once you send us the refusal letter. The exact terms are on each tour page under cancellation policy.
Can you plan a private trip instead of a group departure?
- Yes. Send us the destination, rough dates and how many people are travelling, and we will quote a custom itinerary. Private trips are more expensive per person than joining a group departure.
